Q: Does the 41010 come with charger? How long to charge and recharge?

A: The Owner's Manual says this unit comes with a battery pack and a charger.

(The Manual can be downloaded by clicking on the link on the right side of the Specs page.)

Earthwise recommends at least 30-60 minutes of charge time before the initial use, and a full charge is 60 minutes.
