 OK I guess

Had to find a Poulan service rep in my area to make an adjustment because the saw would not start. Once that was taken care of the saw works fine.

 Our Storm Clean Up

We had the huge noreaster hit CT the last week in October. The heavy snow brought down limbs everywhere and we were definately not immune to the damage.

Our huge silver maple was decimated by many huge downed limbs all over our yard. there were no chain saws locally to be had so I used your web site to order my Poulan.

It was delivered on time as promised and handled the job at hand beautifully. I am very pleased with my purchase and your service.

 Dependable

I have had one for 10 years now, I use it when large branches break off or a tree dies.

I have been using it a lot these last few weeks. From the ice/snow storms I lost 4 trees and a bunch of branches. The trees were 14 to 16 inches in diameter and 30 feet tall oak and hickory. I have them all cut into fire wood.

The saw never gave me a problem, at all, except when it ran out of gas. But I filled it up and it still starts on the first or second pull. It still has the original spark plug.
