Q: What Kind of Oil do I use in My Remington 3.5 HP , 16"?

A: In the Owner's Manual, on page 11 it says "Fill oil tank with SAE 30 motor oil. For temperatures below 30° F use SAE 10 oil; for temperatures above 75° F use SAE 40 weight oil. IMPORTANT: Do not use bar and chain oil."

This saw will do a fine job on an ornery shrub or small tree; but if you want to do some serious work on your wood pile you will want to consider our Better or Best ranked saw.
