I bought my Worx in December but didn't use it until yesterday. I have eight smaller trees in my backyard whose branches are alway growing into the power lines.
First time use of the chainsaw was very easy. Following the instructions I loosened and tightened the tensioning nut, added the oil to the oil reserve and went to cut. The jaws of the chain saw fit around the branches and smaller trunks of the trees gripping them solidly so there was not kickback or bucking once the cutting started.
Cuts were smooth and I felt very safe since the blade is pretty much enclosed between the jaws throughout the cuts. Following the instructions and letting the saw do all the work meant that I never even felt the saw bind or slow.
Cutting the branches shorter while they were on the ground was extremely easy. This is one of the first "as seen on TV" products that I have purchased that actually does seem to work as promised.
