After Your Order Ships
If you want to cancel your order after it has shipped, you will be charged a cancellation fee to cover our "to" and "from" shipping costs.
After all, you asked us to ship it, and we did.
The cancellation fee varies depending which products are ordered:
Accessories Only: $15.00
Chain Saws: $50.00

Please allow us 12-24 hours to determine its status with the manufacturers before canceling. Our web site tracking system is not realtime and, in some cases, may not accurately reflect your shipping status.
